Double room in the town centre

I am friendly and easy going professional who lives in 2 bedroom duplex and would like to rent one of them for another responsible and tidy professional who doesn’t mind dogs. I share care of my super friendly dog Freddie with my ex partner, so Freddie stays with me day or two a week.
Flat is located in Wokingham town centre, super close to local cafes, shops, gyms and Everyman Cinema , Aldi less than a minute walk away, train station 7-10 minute walk away.
Room is furnished, has double bed, large wardrobe with a mirror, small desk and a chair.
Good size bathroom mainly to be used by a tenant.
Open plan shared kitchen-living room. Kitchen also has microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Living room just been updated with a brand new sofa, has good size tv. Just outside a large balcony with corner sofa and a table.
