My current flat mate is moving out on August 22nd and i am looking to find a replacement Tennant for his room.
Hypothetically we would share the tenancy, i am not a live in Landlord :) . The flat is at the end of Broad street and the location is excellent. There is also a parking space that comes with the room. There is a washer dryer, the kitchen and living area is great, induction hobs, lots of space and the fridge freezer is a really good size.
I WFH around 50% of the time and have a desk set up in my room, there is also a really good amount of space in the living area so if you do WFH we could look to set your desk up in the living area.
I live clean and ideally i would want to pair up with someone who is alike, this is quite important to me.
