A kitchenette just next to the room with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and a tumble dryer. “The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or an oven but that’s something we could consider.”
The studio is brand new and built to high standards. It is a 15 minutes walk to Wokingham train station and town centre.
Currently being used as a successful airbnb but due to return to office policy, we are struggling to manage change overs.
A bit about us, we are a family of five, me an IT director and my wife Hannah a Commercial Lawyer and our three fluff babies, our two Rag-doll cats, Lilly & Blu and our cocker spaniel, Willow. Our fur babies are family to us so if you don't like pets, this may not be for you.
We have cleaners once a week and weekly clean of the studio is included in the price.
