The house is located off Wiltshire Road, Wokingham. It is a 10 minute walk into town, 15 minutes to the station, and 10 minutes to Cantley park.

The house is a really nice, well insulated building which has a very cosy vibe, with spacious rooms. The kitchen and living room are especially well sized.
There is space for a desk in the living room should you wish to work from home. Please note the desk in the picture won’t be available for use.
There are lots of cupboards and storage facilities too, including an outside one suitable for outdoor equipment.
There is good parking availability, including 1 reserved bay, and generally several available spaces along the road outside the house. The house is not on a main road.
There is a communal garden with a nice apple tree. Neighbours are very quiet.
About me
I am a 27 year old male working in finance. I enjoy most sports, particularly tennis, padel and football. Always keen for a visit to the pub.
Renting situation
I am renting through Martin & Co Estate Agents. The previous tenant is moving out and so I am looking for a replacement. The landlord is very lovely.
Rent and bills
Rent will be about £685 and bills are at £230 each (including council tax, electricity, water and wifi). Council tax band D
