The house is fully furnished with all kitchen appliances and a bathroom with shower shared between 3 (the 4th housemate has an en-suite). The house also benefits from a large drive that can accommodate up to 6 cars, and a double garage for storage. We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location with good size front and rear gardens.

Two of the current housemates are moving out, but we already have someone lined up to move in to one of the rooms.

We have wireless internet and Sky+ HD with Sports and Movies.

The room is £395 per month, plus bills of approximately £160 per month.
