Room looks over park and trees, lovely aspect. Only a 2 minute walk to train station and a 5 minute walk to Wokingham centre. The house is away from the road so its quiet.

The room is recently decorated and furnished with great comfy bed. Good sized bathroom and downstairs loo. Spacious living room. Broadband and television etc. Sharing with very friendly house owner, fiance and small spaniel, all very well trained and tidy.

We're looking for tidy professional who would be welcome to share the occasional meal during the week or drinks or bbqs on a Friday night.
