Large Double Bedroom in Wokingham Town Center

New, modern house on the Pavillions development, 5 minute walk to the station, 2 minutes from town and that's if you walk really slow!

We've got Sky, large TV and a corner sofa for when we want to just chill out during the week and not do much. We're looking for someone who's clean and tidy, got a sense of humour and who's laid back.

Large double bedroom on the second floor with all the furniture you’d expect, plus you only share the bathroom with one other person. There’s also a TV socket and it’s just been recently repainted.

And we've got a shed for storing bikes etc too and the garden for BBQs.

All bills are included (gas, electric, water, council tax, high speed broadband, Sky) plus there is a cleaner who comes every other week too, who cleans the communal areas .
