Sunny double room Mon-Fri near town centre

A lovely sunny double room in 4 bed detached house overlooking a green. 8 minutes walk from Wokingham town centre and about 15 minutes walk to the station. Shared use of kitchen, dining room, lounge, garden, bathroom.
The room has built in wardrobes, a double bed, drawers, bedside table, TV and WIFI. The house is spacious and very comfortable. I am an easy going professional female and own the house; I stay some nights but the main occupant is my son, who is a working professional.
There is storage space in the garage(by agreement)and a small loft space if necessary. There is off road parking.
The room is available from 1 July on a Monday to Friday basis but am relaxed about occasional weekends. Please do email me if you want to talk about the room. Lets of between 1 and 3 months will be £550 per month.
