Furnished Double Room

Furnished double room to rent from the first weekend in May. I am the landlord and currently live there with my Tennant Ben who moved in 4 years ago. I am moving in with my boyfriend at the end of April but will be close by incase of any problems so they can be sorted promptly. Flat has a newly fitted kitchen, relatively new bathroom with power shower, decent size and well presented living room. The double room is a good size with a bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and small bed side table. I will put a fresh coat of paint and new curtains up before the new tenant moves in just to give the room a freshen up. There is plenty of parking and a terrace area. Viewings welcome.
