Double room to rent in Wokingham

Double room (with large built in wardrobes) for rent in clean and tidy 2 bedroom terraced house. Shared bathroom, use of all facilities inc. Sky TV, wifi, washing machine, garden, parking and my cat! I'm looking for an easy going, tidy and hopefully sociable housemate. I travel a lot with work so you'd often have the place to yourself and feeding the cat would be super helpful :-) This is not a long term vacancy, however if the right person comes along and it works then there's no time limit on how long I'm looking to have someone living here. A months trial would be required, to make sure we are both happy.
