- Unfortunately the property is not suitable for young children & babies
- Guests must be respectful and keep noise to a minimum after 11PM
- The owner expects guests to clean up after using all kitchen facilities
- Under no circumstances can guests have further guests without express permission
- Guests are NOT permitted to have parties

Ultimately, the owner asks all guests to be respectful and use common sense. This is a primary home for a professional family with a 4 year old son.
