I have a beautiful fully furnished bright double room available in a large detached house on the outskirts of Wokingham, with good parking facilities on gated driveway.

The house has good access to both the M3 and M4 (10 minutes away), with 10 minutes drive to the nearest train station (WATERLOO SERVICE)

There is shared access to the kitchen/breakfast room, conservatory, garden and also use of a gym. Although the bathroom is not en suite you will have main use. I am looking for a professional person who enjoys company, and even the odd glass of wine, but also respects personal space, and is clean and tidy.

The price includes all bills including high speed Wireless broadband.

The room is available from the end of April , 1 month deposit and 1 month rent payable in advance. Company reference is required.
