Double room, next to station and town centre!

Hey there I’m David I am looking for a suitable flatmate to rent the spare room in my 2 bed flat. The room is a furnished double bedroom only 2 minutes walk to Wokingham station and 5 minutes walk to the town centre. The room has a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and bed side tables.
You would have usage of the kitchen/living area and also you would have main usage of the bathroom as I have an en suite in my own bedroom! It's a decent sized room as there is enough space left in it if you needed a desk to work on.

There is plenty of street parking and some non-allocated spaces.

I'm looking for a professional person who is clean and tidy, has a good sense of humour and respectful and fair usage of the living area. Ideally I would be looking for someone to live with me for a minimum of 6 months.
