Welcome to a peaceful and spacious double bedroom.

The room is on the second floor at the front of the property, with a private bathroom.
The kitchen and dining area is available to use and if the weather allows, you can relax outside in the garden. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, airfryer, bbq etc.

Woodcote is a lovely, friendly village with a co-op to provide you with your essentials, a fish and chip shop and even a hairdresser. A post van comes outside the house 3 times a week which is very handy.

The local bus (X40) which goes to Wallingford, Henley, Oxford, Reading and more can pick you up from the village green just around the corner.

There are tonnes of walks around starting directly from the house or a short drive away. I can recommend plenty.

I work shift work so I'm rarely at the house, but always contactable if you would need anything. I'm planning to be away from the property for a period of time so you would have the place to yourself for the majority of the tenancy.
I do have a dog who will be intermittently at the property until November. Hes very friendly and won't bother you.
