The room is comfortably furnished with en suite shower room, single bed, desk, table, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Gardening and cleaning are included in the rent, and you would have the use of the kitchen, sitting room (with grand piano) and garden. I work irregular hours so you will sometimes be alone in the house. Weekend use may be possible. No pets.
