Double ensuite in modern family home for female

Double ensuite room in modern home available short or term for 7 days pw, or Monday-Friday let (including Sunday night if required).

Spacious 1st floor room with en-suite for mature student or professional female. Comfortable king-size bed, plenty of hanging space and drawers, TV, broadband. Ensuite has shower, sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels supplied or bring your own if you prefer. All bills included.

Our detached house has plenty of space with a second lounge, table in the kitchen as well as a dining room, plus comfortable patio area outside. We will provide fridge space.
We are a friendly family of four, with two daughters: one is at University, the other has left home but visits frequently. No pets, and we’re no-smokers.

Our home is in a quiet private close and near to all amenities. Parking available on driveway or in the close.
On the bus route to/from Reading, 15 minutes each way to/from Reading station. 2.5km to University. 5 minutes drive from the A329M.
Walking distance to Woodley shopping precinct, river Thames, Sonning, Thames Valley Park, gyms etc.
