Small double room for female professional

Looking for a clean, professional, happy female for a small double room available on a new housing estate in Woodley, Reading. (Photos show single bed but i currently have a tenant in with a small double that fits just fine). Close to all amenities and bus routes. There is a bus stop across the road that goes direct to the the University of Reading and takes about 10mins or another that takes 15mins to Central Reading. We are also a short drive from Thames Valley Business Park so would be perfect for a Mon - Fri professional staying in the area. Im a professional female with a grown up daughter. Lovely clean house with garden and parking available. We are very friendly and would love a happy friendly person to join us and make our home yours aswell. We have 3 little cats to cuddle and love too. If you'd like to become part of our happy little home then I'd love to hear from you! I would also be happy to provide dinner aswell, anything is negotiable. Room available 1st June 2021. £400 per month full time or £350 per month Monday-Friday. 1 months deposit required.
