Mon-Fri modern en-suite room

Brand new (less than 8 months old) modern 4 bed house. You will have your own room, with double bed (brand new bed and mattress), wardrobe, set of drawers and your own bathroom with bath and shower. You will also have your own private car parking space. We have a second upstairs lounge with Tv and sofa that you can use if you want your own lounge area. Bedding and towels will be provided and changed every 2 weeks. A cleaner will come every 2 weeks to clean the bathroom.
We have a garden with a seating area, and a big kitchen. More than welcome to join us for dinner times, and have cooked for our previous lodger before. The house is right next door to a country park, great for runs and walking. Location wise, we are 25 minutes from Heathrow, 10 minutes from Thames valley business park, 5 minutes from Winnersh triangle and 15 minutes to central Reading.
About us, we are both working from home at the moment. I enjoy football and working out, whilst my other half loves cooking and any crime documentary series! We have a very friendly cat, Bobby, who keeps himself to himself.
