Sharing with owner and 1 other mid week lodger, this 3 bedroom semi detached house is within 5 minutes walk to Woodley Precinct and close to bus stops for Reading. Shinfield studios is 10 mins drive. Property is in a quiet residential road with parking. Occupants take pride in keeping house clean and tidy. Sometimes family dog stays so please consider this before applying if you have allergies.

Landlady works at home so looking for a lodger that doesn’t work from home or need use of lounge/diner.
