5 minute walk to Tesco Express, Pizza Hut and a chemist, 15 minute walk to Woodley preceint with Waitrose, Lidl, Iceland, hairdressers, restaurants and many other shops. 5 minutes drive to junction 10 M4, the house is near Dinton Pastures in Woodley so also close to Early and Winnersh Triangle train stations.

Looking for 1 respectful, clean and tidy professional and will consider a student. I live in the property with my toddler, who is quiet and well behaved, however we spend most our time in the day at another property. I work from home on occasion, I'm a relaxed person, I play sports a few times a week and spend most of my weekends out with my child.

Ideally I would like a female, my biggest ask is for cleanliness as the house is newly refurbished and I'm a very clean person. I have a cleaner once a week and would like £10 a week contribution to this.
