I’m looking for a house mate to rent the beautiful en-suite master bedroom (bills included) in the 2 bed/2 bath property that I own and live in.
The room itself is fully furnished and includes a king size bed/mattress, a good sized en-suite with a large shower, built in double wardrobe, chest of draws, desk/vanity table, stool, 2 bedside tables, wicker storage box, wicker laundry basket.
The property is a tastefully decorated ground floor apartment with its own front door, hallway, open plan living/dining/kitchen, and storage cupboard. The kitchen contains all white goods bar a clothes dryer but a standing one and space for it is provided. There is no official back garden but a small one out the front and lots of green space in the immediate area including a nature reserve as part of the housing estate in which the property is located. Full sharing of the living space is of course included in the rent.
The property comes with one parking space and ample visitor/roadside parking. The 13/14 buses which go to Reading train station run every 15 mins (30 mins later at night) and are a 5 min walk from the property. There are multiple local amenities such as Tesco express which can be easily accessed on foot.
My motivation for renting out the main bedroom which I currently occupy and my property is that I’m looking to pause my career as a Human Resources Business Partner and pursue a dream of starting by own business. I’m not a big social media user so the best account to vet myself would be my LinkedIn profile (Duncan Munro). I’m equally happy to provide references and regencies wise would expect the same of the housemate with me wishing to meet them in person for a viewing.
