I have a lovely newly furnished clean large double room available for a lodger for short-term let (available for very short term of 1 week as well). The room consists of a new double bed, new comfy mattress, desk and large built in wardrobe.
There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and garden which will only be shared with a professional landlady, thus female lodger is preferred. All bills are included (including super fast Broadband)

Property is in a safe, quiet residential road with parking and access to a lovely garden.

Bus stop to Reading Centre is just down the road. Early train station and Winnersh Triangle train station are both 20min walking distance (~0.5 mile). The property is very close to the motorway M4 junction 10, so suitable for commuters. A329M is very close, so perfect for anyone working in Winnersh Triangle or Thames Valley Business Park, as well as Foster Wheeler or Green Park. The colleges and university are also nearby.
Local shop, restaurant, take-away, parks, pub are down the road. Woodley town center with many shops, banks, cafe, restaurant is 20-25 min walk away

No pets allowed (including ESD as the property is well maintained, well-kept with high quality furniture so not suited for pets) and no couples allowed.
