5 minute walk to Tesco Express, Pizza Hut and a chemist, 15 minute walk to Woodley preceint with Waitrose, Lidl, Iceland, hairdressers, restaurants and many other shops. 5 minutes drive to junction 10 M4, the house is near Dinton Pastures in Woodley so also close to Early and Winnersh Triangle train stations.

Looking for 1 respectful, clean and tidy professional and will consider a student. I live in the property with my toddler, who is quiet, well behaved and at nursery until 5pm. I work from home, I'm a relaxed person, sociable but also appreciate time to myself.

Ideally I would like a female, my biggest ask is for cleanliness as the house is newly refurbished and I'm a very clean person. I have a cleaner once a week and would like £20 a month contribution to this.
