Lovely queen-sized room in a quiet area of Woodley

Hi! I’m looking for a lodger to share my 2 bedroom ground floor maisonette in Woodley. It's a newly decorated queen-sized bedroom which overlooks the secluded private garden to the back. The room is furnished with a queen-sized ottoman bed and a triple wardrobe. The shared kitchen was refurbished last year and has a really handy washer dryer and dishwasher. The shared bathroom has a bath with shower. It's in a lovely area to live, on a quiet road in a cul-de-sac, with plenty of on-street parking.

The maisonette has really good transport links. It’s close to the A329, which gives easy access to the M4. There's a bus stop very close by, with routes into central Reading in around 30 minutes. Reading station has fast links into London. Alternatively, it is less than a mile to Winnersh Triangle station which serves the Waterloo line. Central Woodley is a 5 minute drive away, where there is a Waitrose, Lidl, a couple of café’s and restaurants as well as other amenities. It is also a walkable distance to Dinton Pastures Country Park.

A little bit about me - I’m a 31 year old food scientist, who loves baking and I’m looking for a lodger of a similar age (preferably female) who’s going to keep the flat clean and tidy, likes eating cake, and is maybe up for watching the occasional romcom?
