The room has furniture but I am happy to remove a few pieces if you have some of your own.

The rent includes council tax, internet and TV in room.
I would require 1 month deposit and 1 month in advance with 1 month notice.

I am a social but quiet person, like to keep the place clean and fairly tidy looking for someone similar.

The flat is in a quiet close on the 14, and 19 bus routes into Reading, and close to Early station. Easy access to both universities. Close to the M4. Off road parking. Close to a cinema, gym, church and shops.
