There is garage and a 60 foot private garden with patio. All bills included, except use of telephone. (Most people have their own mobiles now anyway).

Washing machine, Tumble drier, use of fridge & freezer, dedicated kitchen cupboard.

Easy access to motorway. (A329M only 1 mile). Close to M4 Junction 10 and 11, or A4. Close to No 13 / 14 or 19 bus routes to Reading or other locations, and a 3 minute drive to either or Earley or Winnersh triangle station.

Suit professional males or females working in the area, Monday to Friday. Please note females must be over 40.
