Furnished Double Room in Woodley nr. Reading

From 1st May I will have a double room available in a 2 bed flat in a pleasant residential area of Woodley.
Woodley has super quick and easy access to the a329m and m4 motorway, and is only a short drive from Thames Valley Park. With a cinema, supermarket, Winnersh Triangle and Earley train stations and multiple pubs nearby, the flat is well located, and is only a short bus or car journey from Reading town centre which has excellent train links to London and the rest of the UK.

In terms of the flat, I will be looking to rent to a like minded young professional, male or female. I work full time nearby (with a tendency to work from home 1-2 times a week), however evenings and weekends I do like to kick back and relax with friends, who I expect will be regular visitors! I will be offering the room furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe and mirror. All other areas of the flat are also fully furnished. I like to keep the communal areas of the flat clean and tidy-and would ask that any prospective house mate would want the same. The rent (£595pcm) is fully inclusive of all bills, council tax and SKY TV included. Parking is on road, however the flat is located in a cul-de-sac so the road is quiet, and parking is no trouble.

I'm happy to consider a Monday to Friday flat mate for a slightly reduced rate.

Prior to any tenancy beginning, I'd like to have full personal and professional references.

Viewings will be available upon request, evenings and weekends. Please be prepared to see the room in a lived in condition, as my present flat mate is still living with me! :)
