Mon - Fri Double Room Woodley RG5 area

Double bedroom to let on a Monday to Friday basis.
5 nights maximum.

Typically I would expect you'd arrive Monday afternoon/eve and leave on Friday morning. But happy to discuss other arrangements too.

Room: Bedroom includes a double bed with duvet and covers (changed every 2 weeks or by arrangement) and bedside cabinets, a large flat screen smart TV, a double wardrobe, a desk & large 4 draw unit, tea and coffee facilities.

Property: The house is semi detached in a quiet, pleasant area of Woodley.

Parking is available potentially on the driveway or the street (unrestricted) for a vehicle.

There is a low maintenance garden which has sandstone flags, chairs and table and several flower beds that you're welcome to enjoy.

Other areas of the house are shared, such as kitchen, lounge and 1 bathroom and 1 shower room.

All standard bills are included (council tax, broadband, gas electricity, etc), as is a weekly cleaning of the room, though we would expect you to maintain your room and shared areas to a reasonable standard too.

Current residents are myself along with 2 cats.

Smoking at the property and additional pets are NOT allowed.

Location: Easy access to the A329(M), M4 Junction 10 or 11, and the A4.

The house is only a 10 min walk into Woodley town centre which has a good selection of local shops and should cover all your basic needs.

The 13, 14 & 19 bus services to Reading are all nearby. It is walkable to Earley train station (10 mins) on the Reading/Waterloo line.

There is an easy commute to Thames Valley Park, Sutton Seeds, Winnersh Triangle and the Whiteknights campus.
