Mon - Fri Double Room Woodley RG5 area

Double bedroom to let on a Monday to Friday basis.

£110 per week on Mon-Fri basis. So, we won't expect you to be with us on Saturday or Sunday but you are welcome to leave items in your room when not there. Typically our lodgers arrive Monday afternoon/eve and leave on Friday morning. We can negotiate the price for a different model.

The house is semi detached in a quiet, pleasant area of Woodley and the location provides easy access to the A329(M) and M4 Junction 10 or 11, and the A4.

We're only a 10 min walk into Woodley town centre which has a good array of local shops and should cover all your basic needs.

The 13, 14 & 19 bus services to Reading are all nearby. It is walkable to Earley train station (10 mins) on the Reading/Waterloo line and within an easy commute of Thames Valley Park, Sutton Seeds and Winnersh Triangle.

Also an easy commute into Reading (approx. 3 miles), Bracknell, Wokingham, Twyford, etc.

Parking is available potentially on the driveway or the street (unrestricted) for a vehicle.

There is a low maintenance garden which has sandstone flags, chairs and table and several flower beds that you're welcome to enjoy.

The bedroom includes a double bed with duvet and covers (changed every 2 weeks or by arrangement), a large flat screen TV, a double wardrobe, a desk & large 4 draw unit.

The kitchen, lounge and 2 bathrooms would all be shared. The following facilities are available

We tend to use the main bathroom (bath with shower over), You are welcome to use this and/or the 2nd bathroom (shower room).

All standard bills are included, as is a weekly cleaning of the room, though we would expect you to maintain your room and shared areas to a reasonable standard too.

Current residents are myself and partner only. Please note that we also have 2 cats.
