Description
We are looking for a friendly lodger to share our home with. You will have your own bedroom which is situated away from the other main bedrooms offering you excellent privacy and your "own space". It's a lovely decorated room furnished with a large wardrobe with hanging space a couple of draws and shelving. There is also a separate chest of draws. The room also has a small fridge and a tv point. It has a very comfortable single bed with a high quality mattress. I live here with my two children aged eleven and thirteen, one friendly Husky dog that doesn't bark and cats ,so it's important you are child and pet friendly. There is a 50ft garden and we have lots of BBQs in the summer .There is constant hot water and the bathroom has a bath with a power shower. Usual kitchen facilities/Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc ,Fibre Broadband and also a large chest freezer in the garage. Ample off street parking, literally a 30 seconds walk to the number 13 bus stop which goes to Reading ,also opposite the house is a convenience store, a hairdressers, Chinese takeaway, and a Post Office. It's a very friendly warm and welcoming ,Semi detached house in North Woodley.
