Room to rent in Woodley

Hi

I am looking for someone to rent my room Monday to Friday ideally, but will consider a full time let also (would be ideal if you come to work in Reading or the surrounding areas). There is street parking (it is a private road). There are bus stops within a short walk, as well as the Woodley shopping precinct. Reading is very close, so can bus in or if you have parking with work drive.

The room is a double furnished room with a shared bathroom. Everything is clean and nice. The room is available from May 11th as my current house mate is buying a house and it should be ready then.

There are 2 cats in the property so you would need to be ok with cats - they are very friendly when they get to know you, but you can keep your door shut, so they don't go in your room.

My house is a fairly new build (about 6 years old) and is on a very friendly road. I have a garden that you are welcome to use.

I am a friendly, easy going fun person to live with.
