I am advertising this for my mum, she is Looking for a Monday to Friday lodger. She would like to rent out one of her rooms. She has a large double room with a tv and a nice modern bathroom which is not an ensuite, most of the time this bathroom
Would be yours. It includes a power shower and a bath, also off road parking, also the use of the kitchen. There is a park and ride into reading also bus stops near by. A cinema is walking distance and a shopping centre with all the necessary shops. Also a 15 minute walk to a train station. 2 minute drive to the M4.

This room would suit someone that works in Reading in the week but goes home for the weekend. She’s looking for a quiet person. Please have references available.
