The flat is set in a quiet location. It contains a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, all newly decorated. Ideally we are looking for someone that has a few hours a week to help look after our son with additional needs so would suit someone with a caring background, hence the lowered rate ( the suitable applicant will need to be DBS checked ). The flat is completely separate to our accommodation . It has its own entrance and has lovely countryside views and a south facing garden. Furnished or not furnished are both options. It may suit a couple relocating to the area and one partner is looking for a few hours work.
