Flatmate wanted

Hello,

I’m looking for someone to share my flat with, I’m very clean and tidy and like to chat I would like a flat mate that is also clean, there is a shared bathroom, kitchen and dining area. The area that is available to rent is the upper floor of the flat which currently has a sofa and a queen size bed up there, and built in cupboards which could be used as wardrobe space.

I share my home with my dog teddy, he is a small pomchi! He may bark to start with but he is loving and loves giving you a warm welcome home! So need someone that is an animal lover!

Rent includes all bills including council tax, gas, electric, WiFi and tv licence
