One room available in a great shared flat based in the Bishopston/Ashley Down area - very close to the Gloucestershire Cricket Ground. The flat is just over 5 minutes from Gloucester Road and about 10-15 minutes from St Werburgh's.
It is closely situated to loads of supermarkets and smaller convenience stores in walking distance including 2 Co-ops, Lidl, Aldi. It also has several regular buses heading to and from the centre right through to the early hours.
One of our existing flat mates is moving out towards the end of September 2025 to move in with his girlfriend based in York.
The flat itself is on bottom floor of a large converted house and compromises of the following;
• 3 double rooms.
• A standard bathroom/toilet combo which includes shower facilities.
• A single, small toilet and sink.
• A very large, shared living space and kitchen which is great for watching movies, eating together and having people over.
• Off-street parking for up to 3 places shared with the flat above (total 6 spaces).
• An outside patio which is really good in the summer months for BBQs, drinks, enjoying the sun etc.
We are two working professionals who are looking for other likeminded people who are great housemates but also have their own busy lives.
We are more than open to people having friends, partners over provided people are fair and reasonable. The key for us is to have a balance of keeping the flat reasonably clean and respectable but also be socialable whilst respecting everyone’s needs.
The base rent per room is circa £475 which excludes all the bills including council tax, water, gas/electricity and Virgin fibre internet. Combined with bills - the total cost is approx. £645 per month which is very competitive for Bristol.
We are looking to arranging viewings in August and want to confirm a new tennant fairly soon.
