A perfect solution for both?

The flat itself is not too far from the middle of Gloucester Road, or Cheltenham Road and bustling Stokes Croft. It’s also quite literally opposite Gloucestershire’s cricket ground and the local college.

A bit about me- I’ve decided to take a few years off from the ‘rat race’, so my success will be measured by how little I’m in the UK/Bristol ✈️. If this year is anything to go by, a few months in the Summer is what I’m looking at, before I leave in October for a few months. 💺

Though the pressure is greatly reduced with me being at the flat on occasion and not full time, it’s important there’s confidence in being aligned when at the flat at the same time.

Ideally - if someone was looking for a calm peaceful haven, as opposed to a non stop party house, not to say that occasionally entertainment and ‘letting loose’ would be entirely excluded, but that being the exception. An introverted household that occasionally expends the energy to be extroverted, if that makes sense? 😬

What I’m hoping -
I’ve recently broken the chains from having worked in a soulless place, where colleagues were often very one dimensional and beige. I’d describe it as ‘intellectual water boarding’, utter despair when conversing with one person, then breath when you meet someone that understand stands things beyond the very basics and can see through to the issue or solution. Needless to say I spent a lot of time intellectually under water. 🤣

So if you’re very interesting, to make up for the years of having endured total cluelessness, the rent is negotiable on that basis. If you speak a another language, or several, or can engage me conversation where I feel I’m being enhanced (not easy to achieve), then in exchange I’d be willing to consider a lower a rent? You’ll have to make an honest assessment of how interesting you are if we get to that point. 😂🎓
