Hopefully the pictures will give a glimpse of what the flat's like.

The flat itself is not too far from the middle of Gloucester Road, or Cheltenham Road and bustling Stokes Croft. It’s also quite literally opposite Gloucestershire’s cricket ground and the local college.

A bit about me- I’ve decided to take a few years off from the ‘rat race’, so my success will be measured by how little I’m in the UK/Bristol ✈️

Though the pressure is greatly reduced with me being at the flat on occasion and not full time, it’s important there’s confidence of being aligned when at the flat at the same time. I’m torn between having a substantial place empty most of the time, but where I’m free and entirely comfortable or sharing the place with someone on occasion. 😬

Ideally, to save a potential awkward conversation in broaching a ‘divorce’, you’d be looking for a place from between a few month to 10, say? A bright, gregarious, warm, polite outlook would be complimentary as a co-habitee , which I guess goes without saying.
