I’m looking for someone to look after my cats when I’m not here. I go away for a couple of weeks at a time every so often.
The price reflects that.
I usually rent this room for £750 all in without any cat commitment.

The discount would be for commitment to being cat mum/dad when I’m away. Price negotiated - a month in which I’m away would be cheaper. As low as £450 per month all in.

😉......Situated in the most amazing spot, so close to town, only 20 mins walk to Cabot circus, Gloucester Rd 10 mins, bus stop outside the front door, and train station really close, with 2min walk to a shop! It’s a really big house with a stunning, large conservatory. Living room, dining room and laundry room. There are views of Bristol both sides of the house that lead you to believe you’re in the countryside. In fact you can walk mostly without seeing a road until you are actually in the countryside. I am looking for a person who actively loves cats, someone who is up for a cat cuddle anytime. The cats in question are long haired, loving, lapcats - it’s a big house, very clean and chilled.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, cupboards, drawers, wardrobe, mirror, desk and chair.

Home is so important, it’s a sanctuary, love a good chat, deep ones, fun ones, silly ones, big or small talk - or even comfortable silence. (im not into watching any tv or playing video games but a good series on Netflix is a great past time ) I’m a stiltwalker by trade, I drink tea, dance in the kitchen, laugh a lot, my space is important, really happy to hang out but and also do our own thing. It’s important we get on well too!
Funk, DnB, Dub, radio 4, Classic Fm. cats, good wifi, a lovely garden and sunny balcony.
