Single room in friendly house share

Hi there :)

We have a single room becoming available in our friendly house share in Ashley Down, and we're looking for a lovely person to come and join us! We're friendly and sociable, so hang out a lot together and have become friends, as well as housemates. We like to go out and do stuff together too, including going climbing, playing tennis, pub quizzing and going on nights out as well as binge watching netflix.

We also like to do our own things and have a range of interests:
Bryony (she/they), 29 - People & Studio Coordinator, loves climbing, art, crochet, stick & poke tattooing, pole, aerial hoop, gaming, the office and gardening/plants
George (he/him), 26 - Comms manager, loves music, festivals, cider, wine and trash tv
Ivan (he/him), 26 - Engineer, loves festivals, music, rugby, every racquet sport and will never say no to a pint
Chris (he/him), 29 - Partnerships Manager, loves a good boogie, art, wine and a boujie lunch
Jack (he/him), 25 - Civil Servant, loves music/records, football (and sport in general) and a nice trip to the pub.

We're close friends with previous housemates, so you'll probably see them around when we meet up!

The house is a big 6 bed with a large living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms (1 toilet, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with toilet, bath & shower), utility room & back garden. Great location right between Gloucester Road (8 minute walk), the allotments & cycle path, right by Aldi & Lidl, as well as the number 70 bus route.

We currently have Room 5 available (£475pm). It is a furnished double room which includes ALL BILLS (unlimited 100Mb WiFi, gas, electricity, TV license, council tax, water). The room is upstairs and faces the back of the house, so it has nice garden views. It's furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, and two bedside cabinets.

There is also street parking and a new train station 5 mins down the road!
