The room is actually double bedroom which contains a single bed. I am looking for a single mature female-could be a mature student or post grad.
At 150 square feet or 14 m², this is a spacious and bright room which has its own separate private bathroom, for sole use of the lodger-containing bath, shower, loo and sink. Downstairs there is a shared kitchen/living room with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave and washing machine. The house is only 12 years old and built with high levels of insulation, recently decorated throughout, with a south facing beautiful garden. An added bonus is free private off road parking. Lidl and Aldi are a short walk away [8 minutes] with Coop only 4 minutes away.
The rent includes bills for central heating, electricity and broadband. [Council tax Band D but not payable for students]
I am a very active mature live-in landlady, looking for a female non-smoker/non-vaper post grad or mature student for this lovely room in my cosy house.
The accommodation is very convenient for travelling to either university, being on the Bishopston/Ashley Down border. Two minutes away from newly opened Ashley Down train station wih connections to Bristol Temple Meads and Filton Abbey Wood. There is a good bus service down to the city centre. UoB is a 31 minute bus trip or walkable- UWE accessible by bus also. Would consider Monday to Friday only-contact for further information.
Vegetarian preferred but not a deal breaker, but being responsible, trustworthy and able to keep the place clean and tidy is a must!
