House has Kitchen, Lounge, Bathroom, Two bedrooms, Small garden with pond.
Near to plenty of green open spaces such as Purdown for walks, running etc.

Close to buses to Town, Temple Meads, Filton, UWE.
10 min walk to Gloucester Road or Montpelier Train station.
Available now - short or long let.

Kitchen has all the usual stuff but I haven’t got round to buying an air fryer (yet).
Parking is not always great, as it is a small road.
No pets in the house.

I am a 50 something professional man, (live in landlord), who is looking for a lodger.
I am uncomplicated, low maintenance and kind. Sometimes I do work away from home.
I go to the gym, running and enjoy outdoor swimming. I’m into Reggae, Lovers Rock and Soul.
