Mon-Fri - Furnished Double bedroom with en-suite

We would like to welcome the right lodger to our lovely bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. We propose a rolling month by month rental (over summer) until September - Monday to Friday.

Our 3-bed terraced house is close to Gloucester Road with all its amenities and bus/rail links to the city centre.

The room is a newly converted 3rd bedroom with en-suite at the top of the house. It’s a good size room with a king size bed, sliding patio doors and Juliette balcony that overlooks the south facing garden.

There is a summer house at the bottom of the garden which has a fold out sofa bed, tv, heater and WiFi. There is also a fridge and we refer to it as the “pub shed”, as in the summer it makes for a lovely space to relax and enjoy a drink in the afternoon sunshine. You would be welcome to use this space as a living area.

The kitchen is narrow but has all the regular appliances - washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer & dish washer.

You would be sharing the house with my husband and I, and our two boys - Jago is almost 6 and Alfie almost 3 years old. We also have a cat called Roni.

My husband and I work pretty much full time and the boys are at nursery 4 days and school 5 days a week.

Our house is near all major bus routes and a brand new train station servicing Ashley Down. The Lazy Dog pub is a stones throw from the house, there is also a great little bakery, pharmacy and a convenience store 2 mins walk away. You will be on Gloucester Road in under 10 minutes on foot.

Free on-street parking is available on our road, although it can get busy, particularly on match days.

£525 per month - all bills are included: gas, electric, water, council tax, TV license, fast unlimited use of the internet and a fortnightly cleaner.
