Deposit - £450.00 (Deposit protection scheme)
Two rooms are £450, one is £430
Bills: approx £60 a month (which includes a monthly cleaner woo!)

Looking for 25+, please give a snippet about yourself - would be lush to know a little of you! Your energy, interests, job, hobbies, weekly routine and how long you are expecting to rent for.

5-bed house in Ashley Down, close to Gloucester Road and Lidl/Aldi on Muller Road. It’s in a great location with good access to green space - short walk to St Andrews Park, Purdown and Stoke Estate, and down into leafy St Werbs 🌿 Large lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, (2 toilets, one has a shower and bath, one just a shower), washing machine and tumble dryer. We have a biiiiig garden with space to grow whatever you wish! Our landlady is great and sorts out issues quickly. It states no pets on the tenancy agreement, no agency.

As it stands, the house is experiencing some big flux - 3 of the 5 housemates are moving out to pastures now, leaving just 2 of us (and the other remaining housemate keeps to himself). SO for me, it feels like a lovely opportunity to build something totally new and fill the house with lovely, silly, creative folk! If you would like to be a part of that energy, get involved yo! I’m big into cooking, theatre, music, nature, creativity, yoga, walking, films, festivals, gigs, very much queer friendly, and general good vibes. This is not a party house, so someone who isn't out all night is important - plants and peace over partying 😌 Essentially looking for easygoing while also having initiative with cleaning and values living in a tidy home 🙂
