Nitty gritty out the way. Hey folks! Our beloved housemate is leaving at the end of the month so we have a lovely room to spare. It’s located in Ashley Down, 10 mins walk to G road and the 70 bus stops right outside. Aldi and Lidl are close too.

About us:
Lily: 28, working full time. I make cracking curries, enjoy having pity parties and pretend to enjoy going for runs.
Peter: 28, early riser, working in forestry, likes training in martial arts, trying new things and latin food.

We're looking for someone of a similar age who wants to be more of a friend than a housemate we never see. We like to have friends over occasionally but are definitely not a party house. Someone that works full-time, is tidy and respectful of others would be ideal. Mid-week is very chill as we both get up quite early for work.

It's quite a spacious house with one WC on the ground floor along with a bathroom that will be shared between Peter and the new tenant as Lily has an en suite.
