* We eat meat and dairy in this household.

The room is available on the first floor, but we cannot confirm the precise date this comes available as some structural work is currently being done on the roof in another room. Tentatively we are estimating 01 October, hopefully sooner.

Amenities:
* Bike Storage: Space to store one bike in the living room, one in the ground floor bedroom.
* Parking: Off-street parking is available.
* Bathrooms: Three bathrooms in the house; two people per bathroom.

Bills:
All are included except when electric / gas exceeds £150 we pay an equal share of the exceeding cost, e. g. if bill is £180 we each pay £5, (this has ranged from as little as £2.50 each to £20+ each in winter.)

Location:
* 15 min walk to ALDI / LIDL on Muller Rd, Gloucester Rd and St Andrews Park
* 20 min bus (#70) to town
* 8 min walk to Ashley Down train station due to open next month
* nearby to St Werburghs and Purdown for beautiful walks
* BS7 gym is close by, Vaheed goes there

Some things to note about the house!
* Kitchen: The kitchen space is shared between six of us with one cooker/oven and one sink. We each have about 1-2 cupboards each for personal food.
* Fridge Space: We have two full fridge freezers and an additional fridge.

The house is therefore suited to someone with the following qualities:
* Space Efficiency: Someone who can get by with little space and has a few kitchen items; bulk buying ingredients will be hard to do
* Shared Items: We share most things like plates and cutlery, though some personal items are marked; again due to space constraints we ask that you also share these items
* Noise Consideration: Preferably someone not too loud or open to discussions about noise levels.
* Lifestyle: Ideally suited to someone who has healthy life outside the home, and doesn’t cook every meal every single day, or is open to cooking meals together so the kitchen doesn't get too crowded.

We want the house to be a calm and peaceful spot. Not too hectic or loud, a place to chill and recharge from our busy lives. Plant parents and nature lovers are particularly welcome! We do have a garden with space to grow veggies.

We all have our different quirks and individual needs so it's important that when conflict does happen we can address and resolve this constructively, and efficiently, not allowing things to fester as much as possible, and taking individual responsibility for our needs and emotions. The shared spaces are quite small and there are a lot of us so we really want to underline this point!

There are currently 4 of us in the house. Alec (me) has just finished a maths PhD at Bristol Uni.
Kush works between her office and from home as an accountant,
Pip and Vaheed both work night shifts occasionally, Pip as a nurse, and Vaheed as a supermarket manager.
We prefer someone who doesn't work from home 100% of the time.
