4 Month Let

I’m going travelling for 4 months and I’m looking for someone to live in my lovely room whilst I’m away! The room will be furnished with a double bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers and a bookshelf.

The flat is SO light (we have lots of plants) and it’s super spacious for a 2-bed flat. The ceilings are really high and it overlooks the allotments.

My current flat mate is moving out at some point at the start of next year - so pls bear in mind you might not be able to meet the new housemate yet :)

Important bits:
- Bills are approximately £140/£150 depending on energy use in winter (bills inc. council tax, water, energy & WiFi)
- 25 minute walk to the city centre
- 10 minute walk from Montpelier Train Station
- 5 min walk from St Andrews Park and 5 mins to St Werburghs city farm
- 10 min walk to Stokes Croft
