Description
Hi!
We're looking for a fourth student to live with us for the next academic year ( July 7th 2025 - 2026). Or if not a student this house is in band B for council tax.
Rent is £725 a month (it went up from last year, which used to be £650 💔) and the bills (which includes everything e. g broadband, TV licence, energy etc...) for this year have been £117 but they may also go up again like our rent!
We pay our rent in 3 month installments, the property centre will make you pay the first one on the 7th June but it covers July, August, September. Then the next one is paid 7th October. All of them will be after maintenance loans are paid.
Then the bills are every 1st of the month.
The deposit last year was put down in January and it was £750, again, it may go up a little bit. I will add more details when the property centre gets back to me we just really need someone soon.
The spare room available is one of the smaller ones, I'm in the other small one.
We're all girls, so we'd prefer another girl but we can make exceptions 🫶 The other two tenants are also moving in on the same day you would so no worries in settling in to a new house by yourself! We do all know eachother from the year before but we would love to get to know whoever moves in next and, hopefully, be friends and go out together !
We're more on the chill side of socialising, we like to go for coffee, charity shopping, crocheting, etc. So preferably we don't want someone who wants to have parties every night or stay up really late haha
We have a cleaning rota for each week so the house stays maintained but all of us clean up after ourselves most of the time anyway. We like to keep a clean area but we're also not crazy strict about it.
This house is a 2 minute walk away from Gloucester road and has access to all the 70 buses which is amazing for getting to uni or jobs in city - I've never had a problem with them. (15 mins to Frenchay, 25 mins to UOB)
There's an Aldi, Lidl, and Home Bargains a 10 minute walk away and a Co-op a 4 minute walk away. There's also so much life on Gloucester road it's incredibly social and so many students live in this area for a reason!
Please let me know if you have anyyyy questions, we really need to find someone soon before viewings for this house start again! :)
