Room in huge top floor flat in Ashley Down

We have a room available, our current housemate is moving out and his moving date is TBC but likely between 20th December - 1st Jan, will know in a few days exactly.

Rent is £520, bills are £150ish. Ashley Down area, really close to Ashley Down Train Station. Lovely hands-off landlady. Bike shed, big balcony, parking space available as neither of us drive.

About us:
Emma, 33, I work at a children's mental health charity, do stand-up comedy on the side, like going to stand-up gigs, to watch live music, roast dinners, pub quizzes, walks, cinema.

Liz, 35, works in Marketing at at uni, likes going for drinks with friends, boxing, gym, baking, arts and crafts such as macrame, trying new restaurants.

We're pretty relaxed in the flat and like a chill vibe, after work we tend to cook, watch TV and do crafty things. We keep the place pretty clean and would love to keep that going.

We have people over for drinks, dinner, film nights etc now and then and throw the occasional gathering/party. We also occasionally have people to stay, in the living room for the weekend.

What we're looking for:
Someone relaxed, clean and friendly. Would be nice to hang out and have some shared meals now and then. Non-smoker preferably. Any gender.
