I have to move cities for personal reasons. My room is truly cozy and quiet and house is so spacious and living there my very very nice and chill and friendly bestfriends who are students . House is in a perfect location for busses that lead to everywhere in Bristol literally. And a lot of supermarkets and everything right next to us.
Council tax band A and not payed if student.
It is 167pm (excluding bills) which is very cheap
And there is a deposit of 830£ to be paid at the start which you will get back when tenancy is done in July 2025
