Denise has returned to Italy so Tina, Cristina and Jan are looking for someone new to share their house.
The house has a separate living room with TV and broadband, kitchen with dining area and a small easy-care back garden which is a lovely suntrap. There is also a secure bike shed and bike rack if you have a bike.
The room available is the back double bedroom upstairs overlooking the garden.
Please note that the house is not a party house as the housemates are all professional people who work hard during the week and like to relax at the weekends.
AMOUNT PAYABLE
£480 - monthly rent
£77.05 – bills payable to the Landlords: Council Tax, Water, Broadband, TV Licence
£40 – House fund - Gas, Electricity and all common usage stuff – loo rolls etc
TOTAL PER MONTH - £597.00
One month’s rent is required for a deposit in advance (£480) plus references from work and previous landlord. Please note: if appropriate ‘Proof of the Right to Live in the UK’ must also be provided
