Cristina has moved on to new exotic lands so Tina, Kathy and Jan are looking for someone else to share their house.

The house has a separate living room with TV and broadband, kitchen with dining area and a small easy-care back garden which is a lovely suntrap. There is also a secure bike shed and bike rack if you have a bike.

The room available is the large king sized bedroom upstairs at the front of the house in a quiet cul de sac.

Please note that the house is not a party house as the housemates are all professional people who work hard during the week and like to relax at the weekends.

AMOUNT PAYABLE

£535 - monthly rent
£ 74 bills payable to the Landlords: Council Tax (Band E), Water, Broadband, TV Licence . (Please note this amount may increase in April due to possible increases by the Utilities
£45 – House fund - Gas, Electricity and all common usage stuff – loo rolls etc -Payable to House Fund.

TOTAL PER MONTH - £654

One month’s rent is required for a deposit in advance (£535) plus references from work and previous landlord. Please note: if appropriate ‘Proof of the Right to Live in the UK’ must also be provided
