Double Room, a living room and a study to yourself

My partner and I are subletting our place 21st May–20th August (~3 months). It’s on Ashley Down Road, close to both train and bus stations.

• Private bedroom, private living room, and private office (furnished, see pictures for details).
• Shared kitchen (fully equipped), shared bathroom, and shared big garden.
• £850/month, bills included (WiFi, council tax, etc.).
• You’ll be sharing the property with my brother.

Note: My brother will do minor DIY (porch/painting) during the stay—mostly weekends, avoiding your spaces. We’ve discounted the rent slightly to account for this.
