About the room
We have a room available in our 3 bed house, near Ashley Down train station.
It’s a small room It has size for a small double bed, it has some shelf storage, and room for a hangar and some furniture. (Not large enough for a desk or chair).
The house has 2 bathrooms, a large living room and garden, fully equipped kitchen.

About us (your housemates)
You will be living with :
Noah (30, male, self employed music software developer, works from home but spends 50% time in London).
David (28, male, local organic fruit & veg farmer, is out to work early and comes home late).
We are renting the property through Andrews estate agents. We’re clean, relatively mature, and occasionally like to host friends for chilled gatherings. We have decorated the space but are open to having your spin on it.
We are fairly independent, although also like to socialise at the weekends or the odd evening. We like music, gigs, DJing, going outside, cooking.

About you
We are looking for somebody between 20s-30s, no gender preference. The room wouldn’t suit somebody who worked from home or who has a lot of stuff. There is storage space in the shed and attic, but the room size won’t suit everyone - hence the reduced price. We hope to meet somebody who will connect well with us and become friends, and would be welcome to join with our social group - but there is never any pressure to.
This will be a 6 month rental agreement, with the option of staying in the property after the 6 months. 1 month rent deposit. DM me for more info or a viewing.
Official move in date is the 8th of September but there’s the possibility to move in from mid August.
